If you’re not satisfied and you’d like a refund, just fill out the form below and we will email you the address and instructions where you can return your Nicely Natural deodorant.
Pack your deodorant, label and mail it back to us. You will need to pay the return shipping cost.
Once we receive your package, we will issue a full refund (the cost of 1 deodorant of each scent you purchased, shipping and handling, and sales tax) within 3 business days.
This return policy applies only to first time orders. Repeat refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
